Privacy policy

Veyro is run by VeyroTV, a UK sole trader. Contact: veyrotv.support@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the information below under UK GDPR, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZC288551.

What we collect

• Your account: email address and password (passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and we never see them).
• Your TVs: a random device ID, the device model, the name you give it, and when it was last used, so we can apply the 3-device limit and the free trial.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card details.
• Synced between your TVs: your favourites, My List, watched ticks, how far you got through films and episodes, catch-up history, profile names and your Veyro settings, so they're the same on every TV on your account.
• Your channel list: the channel and group names and numbers from your playlist (not your login), so you can reorder and rename them on this website, plus the order and names you choose.

What we don't collect

Your IPTV provider login (server address, username and password) and your recordings stay on your TV and are never sent to us. Where a saved item would contain your login (for example a film's play link), it's removed before anything is sent.

Why

To provide your account, free trial and subscription (contract), and to prevent abuse of free trials (legitimate interests).

We may also email you the occasional Veyro offer or news, such as a discount when your free trial ends (legitimate interests, as a Veyro customer). You can say no when you sign up, turn it off on your account page, or use the unsubscribe link in any offer email, and we'll stop. We never share your email with anyone to market their products.

Who processes it

Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database; servers in London, UK) and Stripe (payments).

How long

While your account is open. Delete your account by emailing veyrotv.support@gmail.com and we'll remove your data within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing veyrotv.support@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
